We work with a multi-professional team of attending doctors specialised in genetic counselling, complementary medicine, psycho-oncology, and pain management. On request we can also involve Spitex or Spitex Palliaviva - specialised in palliative care - and/or the specialist unit for Palliative Care Zurich. This setting allows us to manage even very complicated situations.
Our VAT nurse and oncology nurse, Ms Therese Donno, will also be happy to inform you about the VAT consultation, VIV-ARTE® training concept, which you can find in our practice.
In private conversations, we further introduce our patients to additional treatment and counselling options outside of the Hirslanden Clinic such as information material from the Cancer Leagues, or addresses of oncology centres, cosmeticians or hair dressers specialised in wigs. We also support you in administrative matters such as creating an advance directive or patient decree.
